Laguna is building the liquidity layer for private credit on-chain. Private markets have grown into one of the largest asset classes in the world, yet access remains slow, fragmented, and opaque. Capital that wants exposure can't find it easily, and assets that deserve liquidity can't reach it efficiently. We exist to close that gap.
Laguna operates on-chain vaults. Allocators provide liquidity to a vault and receive a position they hold on-chain, with instant settlement and transparent ownership. That capital is channeled to private credit originated and underwritten by partners with deep expertise in the markets they serve, and returns flow back to the vault. Our role is to structure the vaults, connect capital with credit, and keep the whole flow verifiable on-chain.
Our vaults are curated and capacity-limited. We grow by choosing well, not by listing everything.
